As a food service business and premium quality restaurant we must always maintain a high level of hygiene in our restaurant and have strict daily cleaning procedures. Additionally we are adapting to requirements as government advice changes.
At Char Char Restaurant + Bar, guest experience is always one of our priorities. We hope you will agree with a few operational adjustments we have decided to implement which will temporarily alter our regular guest experience, in the current environment we believe this will be for the better.
If you have visited Char Char Restaurant + Bar before, you will be aware we have a spacious dining area. We have made changes to our restaurant layout to increase the spacing between tables by reducing the total number of tables. We do also have a limited amount of alfresco dining situated adjacent to our lounge area.
Update 18/3/20: our restaurant area had already adjusted to the updated requirement of gatherings not exceeding 100 people.
We are printing and providing single use menus on plain paper for each guest. Your menu will have only been touched by our staff members during printing and delivering to your table.
Alternately, our full menu is available on our website, you may use your personal phone to make selections if you would prefer. www.charcharrb.com.au/menu
Please note, we will be printing these single use menus on 100% recycled paper.
Whilst we are able to control our environment and practices, we do ask that all customers please observe all warnings and advice provided by our federal and state governments.
Given the current updates and ongoing advice from health professionals, we would appreciate any customers with flu like symptoms to please not attend the restaurant. We also request any guests who have had any known contact with any possible COVID-19 infected persons to please not attend the restaurant.
We thank you for taking to the time to read this and your co-operation. We look forward to welcoming you to Char Char Restaurant + Bar.
