Castelli Estate Long Table Dinner
Join the Char Char Restaurant + Bar team as we welcome Castelli Estate Chief Winemaker, Mike Garland, for a long table dinner in our Harbour Room on Thursday 18th of July.
Chef has created a delicious four course menu, featuring beef from the Western Australian family owned Kerrigan Valley Beef. The menu is paired with the wines from the Castelli Estate, with six wines on the list to enjoy plus a pallet cleanser. Of note we will be enjoying the Il Liris Chardonnay, one of our managers favourite wines.

Yet there is also a deeper lurking complexity of slightly funky characters that make for an intriguing merging of the ways. Savoury with a very dry flinty finish. This is chardonnay at the top end and mighty good stuff.”
